In a continuing effort to meet the needs of our Global client base, BW Integrated Systems, a Barry-Wehmiller Packaging Company, announces the addition of Randy Robinson as Director of Operations for our Lynchburg Manufacturing Site. Randy has spent most of his 20+ year career in Operational Leadership roles with primary focus in quality, planning, and continual improvement. Robinson is a certified Quality Engineer with the American Society for Quality and served in international standards development as a Technical Advisory Group member.

Randy has successfully led large Engineering & Manufacturing teams through significant Operational process improvement initiatives. While discussing opportunities within Barry-Wehmiller, Randy offered, “The people-centric culture, customer focus and environment of teamwork provide a perfect foundation for my style of process development and refinement.”

Robinson will report to Mike Jerger and will be based out of BW Integrated Systems’ manufacturing location in Lynchburg, Virginia. Randy, his wife Teresa and son Aaron live just north of Lynchburg near the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy spending their time outdoors.
