What is a Palletiser?
Palletisers are critical pieces of equipment at the end of a packaging line that automatically sort, transfer, and stack products onto pallets. These machines can carry very heavy and fragile objects and accommodate various product types. There are two types of palletising systems - conventional and robotic. Conventional and robotic palletisers are built differently and operate in very distinct ways. This variability makes each palletiser a better match than the other for specific packaging needs.
Machine Applications
For over 40 years, BW Integrated Systems has developed robotic and conventional palletising solutions. All our systems can be customised for your unique requirements in a wide variety of industries, including:
- Food
- Beer and Beverage

Case Palletizers
Our Maximus Series of palletisers work to increase your production rates. This Series is suitable for those in the food, household, chemical, personal care, or beverage industry but can serve many other markets in the mid-speed palletising arena. Maximus is a mid-speed case palletiser with an intuitive operator interface. Using layer-forming technology, it creates tight product patterns for efficient product storage. Equipped with versatile pattern-forming capabilities, these machines easily accommodate most end-of-line layouts.
Our Robomax and Maximiser series of case palletisers are high-speed and designed to take case palletising to the next level by replacing existing lane dividers, case-turning conveyors, and case-turning bumpers with simple-to-use and easy-to-maintain robots or employ cushioned overhead turners which offer multiple pattern capabilities with fast, easy tool-less changeover to run different products or patterns.
Robotic Case Palletisers
Increase your production efficiency by handling up to eight different product SKUs simultaneously with our Robotic Rotary Case Palletiser or learn more about our traditional Robotic Case Palletisers. We provide robotic solutions in frozen and ambient environments, design systems for companies that are packaging multi-products or have multiple lines feeding a common palletiser, and operate in both intermittent and continuous motion, depending on speed requirements. We have hundreds of proven end-of-arm tooling designs and patterns for our client’s applications.
Bulk Palletisers
The BW Integrated Systems line of Goldco Centurion bulk palletisers is built for high-speed lines and equipped with HMI screens for easy machine operation.
Robotic Bulk Palletisers
Depending on the end-of-arm tooling utilised, our line of Robotic Bulk Palletisers can handle virtually any type of speciality, general purpose, or food containers made on your production line.
